Procedure to Pay Water Bill Online
1) Enter your Mobile Number and then Click the Pay Button. (or)
2) Select the Area and Division.
3) Enter the Bill Number and Sub Code.
4) Click the Pay Button to Pay.

Half Yearly Water Tax = Annual Rental Value of Corporation of Chennai x 3.5 %
1) Enter the Annual Rental Value
2) Enter the Half Yearly Tax
3) Click the Calculate Button to Calculate.

Follow the procedure,
1) Enter your Name, Street Name and Address.
2) Select the Location and Type of Complaint.
3) Enter the Nature of Problem and Summary.
4) Enter your Mail Address and Contact Number.
5) Submit the Button to Register the Complaint.
