Online Tamilnadu Employment Registration

Tamilnadu Government Department of Employment and Training:
The portal provides online registration, renewal and updation for jobs seekers,Online data base of 89 Lakhs jobseekers for prospective employers, facilitates manpower planning and analysis through effective implementation of Employment market Information and promotes coordination between manpower supply and demand by rendering assistance to job seekers through Vocational guidance. 




The new vision of the Department is to convert the Employment Offices into centres of excellence for Empowerment of youth. The greatest advantage of the department is its presence in every district apart from Special Employment Offices like:-
1. Professional and Executive Employment Office
2. Special Employment Office for Differently Abled
3. Technical Personnel Office
4. Coaching – Cum-Guidance Centre for SC & ST

It’s coverage enables it to play a very pro-active role to achieve the re-defined objectives of Private Sector Placements, Vocational Guidance, Employment Market Information, creation of Study Circles to enhance the competitive skills of Job Seekers, special service to the weaker sections of the society for promotion of Self Employment. In one word, it acts as a one stop shop for all Employment related needs of Job Seekers and Students. The new vision is to convert the Employment Offices into centres of excellence for Empowerment of youth.

The National Employment Service is the only agency which collects, compiles and reports on a Time Series, Information on employment and unemployment market information. he re-defined objectives are

Online  Registration Procedure:
1. Candidates accessing the Online Employment Registration portal are informed to furnish correct and complete information regarding their personal profile and Educational Qualifications.
2. Accuracy in providing information is very essential .Candidates furnishing false or incorrect information, are liable for cancellation of their registration with our prior notice.
3. Even if any one of the information furnished is found to be false, the entire Registration stands cancelled and the candidate looses his/her seniority.
4. The onus of verification of the documents lies with the employer. If the employer on verifying the data finds any discrepancy in the details furnished, the appointment for the particular vacancy shall be cancelled along with the cancellation of the registration at the employment office.

I declare that the information provided by me shall be true to the best of my knowledge. If any of the information furnished is found to be false, my registration shall be cancelled. I accept the above terms and conditions for registration.

Login Procedure :
>> Please use the Registration number (In Upper Case) which is printed in Employment Exchange identity card by prefixing with your exchange code.
>> For example you have registered at Chennai Professional Exchange, your card number printed as 1996M00216 (In case you are a women candidate use "F" in the place of "M" while logging in. For eg: if the old Employment Registration is W/7054/1998 log in as CHP1998F00007054), your password will be your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) in this pattern.

For The Kind Attention Of Candidates:
>> Those candidates who have already registered in the Employment Exchanges desiring to login have to enter the existing registration number and their date of birth to enter the website.
>> They can also register their additional qualification on line.
>> Candidates who have registered their additional qualifications on acceptance by the Employment exchanges within seven days can take out a print out from the website.
>> Likewise, candidates who have lost their identity cards can take a print out from the web site and need not approach the employment exchange in person for this purpose.
>> Candidates desiring to register their experience can also register online.
>> If omission /discrepancies in registration details are found candidates are requested to approach the employment exchange along with relevant certificates in person. A time limit of three months is allowed for such verification, they have to approach before 14.01.2011 for such rectification.
>> Candidates can also do the renewal online and they can also take a print out as a proof of renewal.
>> Candidates desiring to register their priority certificates have to submit a copy of the priority certificate by registered post or in person to the concerned employment exchange.
>> Candidates themselves are responsible for correctness of details entered in the web site.
Candidates are requested not to enter any details that are not true.
>> Registration of candidates whose details are wrongly entered will not be entertained.
Information on lists sent by employment exchanges are displayed in this website in transparent manner. Candidates can view the lists in the website.

  1. Hi, i registered my 10th qualification on 2009 & 12th qualification on 2011 in employment office. after that i didnt renewed in office and also in online. now im studying BE 3rd year. whether i have to click For new User ID Registration or Candidate Login? im confused, plz help me
